Refund Policy

– You must submit a refund request within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

– We provide a refund only if there is an issue at our end that we are unable to resolve.

– No refund will be provided if the refund request period is lapsed.

We reserve the right to refuse the refund request if: –

– You are sending a refund request 48 hours after the delivery.

– There is an issue at your end (hosting, existing website setup, etc) and you refuse to cooperate to resolve it.

– You are asking for extra features/services that either are not possible or are beyond the project scope that has been discussed earlier.
